As an experienced corporate training provider, JTC Language Center supports companies in making international collaboration more effective. Whether language training for recruiting skilled professionals from abroad, for leaders managing international teams, or for preparing employees for international assignments, we design tailored programs based on many years of experience in a global context. Our training solutions are delivered flexibly as in-house training, live online, or on site in the country of origin and include English (A1–C2) as well as German as a foreign language, combining language development with intercultural expertise.

Intercultural Training

Language without culture is only half the message

Misunderstandings rarely arise from grammar mistakes – they are far more often caused by different communication styles, expectations, and workplace cultures. That is why we combine language training with intercultural awareness or, where required, with extended intercultural training delivered by BAMIK.

Direct vs. indirect communication

Teams learn to recognize different communication styles and to formulate messages in a way that is clearly understood across cultures – without unnecessary friction or misunderstandings.

Giving and receiving feedback in an international context

We train how feedback can be delivered and received effectively, respectfully, and professionally across cultures – both in one-to-one conversations and in everyday team interactions.

Meeting culture, hierarchy & decision-making

Participants gain an understanding of how meetings function in different working cultures, the role hierarchy plays, and how decisions are made, communicated, and validated.

A key success factor in international recruitment is preparation before employees arrive in Germany. That is why we also offer German language training directly in India – one of the most important countries of origin for skilled professionals. This allows future employees to be specifically prepared both linguistically and culturally, helping them settle in faster, communicate with confidence, and become productive more quickly.
